Та човен буде плисти

Поруч зі мною
Згасають зорі одна за одною
Де ж ти?..

Небо так низько
На милі розкатують хвилі
Не видно моря кінця
Ранок вже близько
Ніч полишили сили
Зірки тікають від дня
Ти була десь там
В сузір'ї Стрільця

Вітрила корабля затонулого
Валом дев'ятим накрило море
Десь чути загублені звуки минулого
Долітає від самого дна
Тиха луна зі вчора

Недописаний портрет на піску
Перлини розірваного намиста
Двічі на ввійдеш в одну ріку
А як же море?..

...Дорога неблизька
Тож зітри усе!

Catching lost sounds of the past
From the deepest bottom, from yesterday
Silent echo is coming up!

Portrait on the sand underdone
Pearls of a broken necklace
You can't step into the same river twice
And what about sea?..

...The way's so long
So wipe it all away!
